[Sca-cooks] Going offline/fieldtrip

Master A., she has to eat the chocolate first. It doesn't go with beer
as well as Gouda and Edam do. And she has to get the lace before she
eats chocolate - you wouldn't want her to smudge the lace, would you?

And in Holland, Andrea, you also need to try an Uitsmijter and at least
see a Dame Blanche, which seriously impressed my 12 year old brother
when we were there! These are everyday foods, not gourmet.

And of course an Indonesian restaurant, for a Rijstaffle.  They are
wonderful. And my Nederlander friend tells me "a 'kroket'. But a good
make like Kwekkeboom or Dobbe."  I don't know what that is, but I trust
her.  :)
