Apparently someone called Mistress Gwyneth Banfhidhleir did a class on
T'ang to Yuan Chinese cookery an Pennsic.  Questions:

1) Did anyone go?
2) How was it?
3) Does anyone have contact with this lady so I could get a copy of
the notes?
