Yep, I have a large pink-granite slab that I use for baking.  Love it!  It's
part of a commercial office floor that was torn out (?!) and replaced.  My
Dad picked up all the "chunks" from the job site (he was the contractor),
and I got to keep a slab.  It's thicker than most floor granite - 1inch.
