>1/4 C Grand Marnier
>16 oz.  frozen straberries

>Speed:    High
>Time:      30 - 40 seconds
>Yield:      8 servings (1/2 cup each)

>Place all ingredients in the Vita-Mix container in the order listed.
>Secure 2-part lid.
>Select VARIABLE speed #1.
>Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH.
>Run machine for 30 - 40 seconds or until  four mounds form.
>Serve immediately.
