A Vita-mix is a super-duper blender that has a very powerful motor and blades
that can go clockwise as well as counter-clockwise.  This way you can make
juice, sorbet, hot soup, anything.  Look in the back of _Vegetarian Times_.
They ususally have adverts for it. Also, you can go to Vitamix.com and see it.

I made strawberry sorbet last Friday using 1# strawberries 2 C frozen rice
milk and a bit of sugar,  It came out so stawberry-y and smooth and yummy!
