All right! All right!

Geez, now I have to remember how...

2 sticks butter (1 cup)
1 bag quality chocolate chips (I like Ghirardelli's Double Chocolate)
1 cup dutched cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1/2 t. vanilla (optional)
1/2 t. salt

Preheat oven to 350

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over med.low. Dump in Half of the bag
of chocolate chips, set aside the other half. Beat the chips until they are
melted. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the butter/chips goo and the
sugar. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time. Batter will get really thick
and creamy. Then add teh sugar, salt, and vanilla. Give it a stir or two
and then dump in the rest of the chips. Beat until there's no more flour
poking up anywhere. Spread the dough into a well greased (I like to line
mine with foil and then grease that) 9x13 cake pan. Make sure the dough is
evenly spread. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. You'll have to do the
fingerprint-springs-back test, and watch for the corners getting dry.
Toothpick test won't work- the chips will give you false results. WAIT
UNTIL THEY ARE COOL BEFORE YOU CUT THEM! They are a gooey, gummy mass
otherwise.

Ok. There you are. Challenge away!
