You'd really have to see the armory in question... I think they'd have to
move the plumbing for that to work, and it wouldn't be cheap. They might
have to put in a whole new bathroom elsewhere in the building.

That's because normal portapotties are smaller than the stalls at
McDonald's. You can get a hoop into this toilet area, just not a
wheelchair-- the configuration is all wrong. On the other hand, when you
gotta go, you gotta go, and there are only 2 ladies' toilets and one men's
room (I don't count the toilets, I just send someone in to check they're
still there at the end of the day *joke!*) So it might be worth renting a
portapotty if the site agrees, just to have an extra john.
