Where in Atlantia are you Generys?

I haven't heard anything about an Iron Chef type thing here either.  Up here
in Bright Hills (Baltimore MD area) we have a competition we call Trial By
Fire.  There is no 'secret ingredient' type thing but it is all period food
cooked outdoors with no electricity.  We have categories, meat, veggie,
starch, sweet, etc. and a grand champion.  You can enter one or all the
categories.  Participants are individuals not groups.  A minimum of pre prep
work can be done at home (like if something has to marianade overnight,
etc.) with the bulk of the work being done on site within prescribed time
limits.  Presentation counts in the final judgement.  Documentation must
accompany the dish.  The event is later this year.
