The best fried chicken in Javanese. Neener, neener.

Marinate the chicken pieces (skin on) in coconut milk and many secret
spices for quite some time, then WITH NO FLOUR OR BREADING, drop the
pieces into hot deep fat and cook until crisp and golden.

Now THAT's fried chicken. Moist succulent flavorful meat with spicy
crispy skin.

Better than anyone's old starch covered Southern chicken.
