Greetings,

I have two sources here in the West.  Navarro Winery makes a red and a white
verjus that is meant to be sipped chilled and is very good.  They have a
website.  Another company makes a red and a white verjus that is obviously
meant to be used in cooking and I get it at Dean and Delucas in the Napa
valley.  Don't know but I suspect they would have a website.  I think the
name of the company is Napa Valley Verjus Company.  It does keep in the
freezer as ice cubes.
