[Sca-cooks] Recent Feast

I went to the madrone Baronial feast this weekend .  Good food as usual.
(for once I was on the other side - not in the kitchen)
Here is the menu as close as I can recall (not complete, as I forgot to get
a list)


A compound Sallet
Sallet of cold chicken
Carrots a la Varene
Stewed mushrooms
Pear puddings (neither pear nor puddings)
A cauliflower dish


Anne-marie is currently the baroness.  The baron apparently told the kitchen
crew that she was not to be allowed to do anything in the kitchen....
