Actually, "cola" does have a specific meaning. It's what's known in the
industry as a "fantasia" - a flavor which is unlike any of its components.
Cola is a combination of cinnamon, vanilla and citrus - the primary
difference between Coca-Cola and Pepsi, sweetness levels aside, being lemon
vs. orange as the main citrus component.
