My fave is in that 10%, I suppose- China Delight, 4th and Willamette,
Eugene. Best Chinese food I've ever had, and that counts Hawaii. Family-run
place, garlic chicken to stand up and SHOUT FOR!

Fairly inexpensive too.
Now I'm hungry! AARGH! Time to go for a walk...
