Yeah, it's a lovely sausage that comes in a kind of dry sealed pack that
doesn't have to be refrigerated until you open it.  It really adds a
wonderful flavor to various dishes, especially Phillip's fried rice!  We
find it at Chinese or oriental grocery stores.
