The header say it all- they are called _Two Fifteenth Century Cookery
Books_, and they are two cookbooks, bound together, with quite a few
recipes in common, from texts in the Harleian collection. Mid-15th c
(IIRC), English. The Middle English has edged a littel closer to Early
Modern English, so the reading is a little easier than in _Curye on Inglysch_.
