Did you notice that in the first plate with cooks on it, the fellow in the
center looks like he is spinning a wisk?  Odd positioning of the hands for
anything else I can think of.
I did notice the mandoline, but I don't use one so didn't pay much attention
to it.  I prefer hand slicing and mixing for the most part.
My best friend Charley used to sharpen everything in the house that was
supposed to have an edge.  It go to be downright dangerous.  It wasn't
limited to the scullery either!
