There were folks dancing in the dance tent when I went by one night. That
is why I figured that the dancing had been moved to the tent from the
barn.

I attended a nice mustard and mustard making class by Jadwiga. I finally
ended up making some mustard. Previously I had always thought of doing
some, the night before an event which I thought was a bit short on
ageing time, so I never have made any. We used up most of what I made
on the ham we cooked in camp but I brought a little home. Jadwiga had
the mustard seed ground in class and then provided a variety of vinegars,
honey, spices and such for people to make their own versions.

I've still got plenty of brown and yellow mustard seeds which I've bought
previously here at home, so I will have to try this again. Perhaps this
time I will actually write down how much of each item I put in.
