My mum used to make hard boiled eggs served in "bechamel"...  Then one day
we tried it with canned tuna fish, which wasn't all that bad.  Then one
day, I was 11 or so, I was hungry and had a craving for it.  No eggs, no
tuna in the house, but sh*tloads of bananas...  Sooo, yes, you see it
coming, I used bananas in the "bechamel".  I enjoyed it and mum didn't say
much about it, to her credit.  but the next time I offered to prepare that,
she kinda gave me money to go get tuna at the store!
