Speaking of puns and frying...
The cheapest t-shirt that we bought on this trip
came from Ketchican where it was selling off at 3.95
reduced from 15.95....It reads Life's a Fish and Then
You Fry....
(What can I say we were running short of clean shirts;
I kept looking for things with whales or puffins.)
Of course then again there's a cookbook out by that name
or going to be out by that name I guess too. I did pick
up the Hot Dish Supper cookbook from Minnesota's Minn/STPaul
airport where we spent the night in the lounge on the way to
Vancouver. So I can look up all the hot dish variations for
Minnesota that can be dreamed of... I thought it might be
useful this August. Also bought a few more books of interest
to everyone--- including one on Verjuice and one on stills
and distilling in Alaska (guess what they did in the long winters?)
I will give titles and details later. Have to go ice the damn
knee again.
