    Ostrich was an idea, though it can be dry on occasion.   The allergy
isn't life threatening, but causes rather bad nausa and gastric distress.
And it happens with things with beef-based flavoring - like McDonald's
french fries.

    Lamb is an option, but I'm not as familiar with it and don't know what
seasoning changes I would need.
