*sigh, drool* Can I come over and eat at y'all's house?
I'm having meat cooked with onions, spices, and fall vegetables (carrots
and turnips), and seasoned with vinegar.  One of the Andalusian recipes
I'm redacting for Harvest Court this fall.....
