Mmmmmmm. Fried green tomatoes. Wonder if my neighbor would like to
contribute some to the cause?

There was a really cool article in Fine Cooking a few issues ago about
vegetable gratins. Things to do with those extra zukes and 'maters.

Me, I like to slice them thin, saute them briefly, and use them instead of
noodles to make lasagna. Works really well with eggplant, too, or a
combination of the two.
