You need more than one.  One won't barely be enough to fill your broken tooth.

Grilled is great.  Sharp knife, straight in the brain, kills it
immediately.  then cut in half lengthwise.  Put on hot grill, meat
down.  Brush butter on it, or better yet, olive oil.

Avoid garlic butter.  Garlic really kills the delicate flavour of lobster.

If you *must* do the boiling thing, don't over cook it.

Ahhh the fond memories of preparing lobster at Club St-Denis in
Montreal.  Lobster fest.  Cooked 1200 lobster, and decorticated them in
various way to prpare the stuff...  Fond memories because it's OVER :-)
