Hmmm...  The only dried favas I can find in my immediate area are
Goya brand, at Hispanic grocery stores.  I don't really have Middle
Eastern grocery stores here, except for one Muslim Pakistani
grocery store (canned favas, but not dried).  On Sunday, we're
driving to Edgewater to have dinner with my grandmother.  I think a
detour to Paterson is in order.
