Just my 2 coppers, but I'd chuck one of the currently listed pies in favour
of cold Pies of Paris, or something with meat in it, or if the cost of meat
is the problem, then I'd substitute Mushrooms of the First Night, done in a
pasty shell (I cannot believe I said that. I guess the horror making 300+
for Atlantian 12th night has finally diminished!).

I'd also change the carrot, celery, olives & pickles to a mixed pickle if
there is time, rather than just being set out there ala a 1960's cocktail
party.

Right now the menu seems to be fairly heavy on the egg/cheese side. If
someone is allergic to one but not both they can still eat fairly well, but
if allergic to both, seem to be limited to bread, chicken and a few veggies
and fruits. Not a starvation diet, but a little boring.
