Do you have some other folks from this list in your area? Or friends
you can get to help you? Last year this was a group effort and the
folks set up a weekend where they got together and had a party while
they seperated and repackaged all the goodies to go out.

1) After the deadline to sign up, determine the number of folks to
be packaging boxes for. Then tell the list, or the list of folks
that are involved. They they seperate their cookies into that many
batches, and perhaps a few extra bags for shipping disasters and
as "tips" for the bagging crew.

2) Everyone should label what things are and who they are from.
Preferably on each bag. Last year some items I didn't know who
made them and it would have nice to have known.


I am interested in participating again this year. And I think I'll
plan ahead better so I can use the regular parcel post. :-) Also,
I found that that many cookies stretched my kitchen facilities and
pans so I will plan to do more over a longer length of time.
