[Sca-cooks] bread flour oop

hi all;

i was just given 30lb.s of bread flour with a use by
date of Apr.2001.
is this going to be a problem?
if it is usable is there any thing different i should
do.
the flour was stored in a plastic barrel in the
original 10lb. bags.air tight lid.
