::snort::  Not even close.  Platina is 1475.  Even if you want to omit
Apicius and anything from outside Europe, there's still

Viandier - ca. 1250-1300
Harpestreng - 13th c.
Buch von Gueter Speise - ca. 1350
Menagier de Paris -- ca. 1393
Du fait du cuisine -- 1420

No doubt there are more.
