Gee Louis XIII is the King in the Three Musketeers!
Louis XIII, 1601–43, king of France (1610–43). He succeeded his father,
Henry IV, under the regency of his mother, Marie de' Medici. He married
Anne of Austria in 1615.

It's 17th century--- just like La Varenne.

Here's a website--

Another better site for those that don't have the Toussaint-Samat volume
is:

TdF - Praslines (pralines) Mazet à Montargis -
... Notons que la Prasline Mazet (mais pas les autres produits de la
maison Mazet)
est inscrite à la liste des produits casher (ou cachère, kacher, kasher
ou ...
terroirs.denfrance.free.fr/p/produits%20terroirs/
centre%20val%20de%20loire/praslines%20mazet.html

It's in French but worth looking at--
