If you will do a google search and use terms baklava and sca cooks list
you should be able to locate all the postings from last spring on phyllo
and baklava and Charles Perry's comments, etc. We did a long discussion
then about its histroy and uses. You should try and read the PPC article
on it by Perry for the history.
