Here the peer of the person intending to become a peer someday actually asks
the prospect whether they want a vigil or just to be surprised, I guess this
can happen even years before they are elevated (I hope so, I have non-peer
plans and my mistress has already asked) I'm sure not every candidate is
asked but probably most are. I have made mantels for bothe planned and
stealth elevations for both laurels and pels.
