Well, it looks good, but unless you're planning on serving very large
portions, it appears to be a bit light for an SCA feast. Maybe add say, some
compost to the first course (fairly cheap, can be done ahead) and perhaps a
pie-type thing to the second? Platina has a very tasty quiche type thing
that again would be fairly inexpensive, and, if done cold, could also be
made ahead. I dunno, it's your feast, and you know your people, but I'd want
more dishes, and a bit more volume- makes it a bit easier for people to
choose what they like, and avoid what they dislike or can't eat without
going hungry.
