[Sca-cooks] Christmas Dinner?

Well, it won;t be Christmas dinner, but even we gotta eat. I am making a
large Perdue, oven stuffer roaster chicken with mushroom & bread stuffing
(the kid is home from college) mashed potatoes, carrots, string beans and a
nice salad.
I had previously made a cranberry chutney that I will haul out and serve
with the chicken.
I'm not sure about dessert yet, but wish I had some of my soy ice cream.....
