[Sca-cooks] Christmas Dinner?

Nothing special, since we are actively dieting and not having the world to
dinner.  Turkey breast, whole berry cranberry sauce, whipped sweet potatoes,
rolls and a low-cal, low-fat pumpkin pie for dessert.  The bones are
simmering on stove for stock as I write.

I need to prepare some corned beef for a party Saturday night.  And I'm
thinking about experimenting with a couple low-cal, low-fat desserts for the
New Year's Party.

A lazy Christmas this year.
