[Sca-cooks] Christmas Dinner?

I'm spending the day alone, too, but I am not cooking. I just emerged
from Chocolate Season *G* and have, so far, read a week's worth of
email, taken a nap, and just hung out - really enjoying sitting down!

Last night, I did go to visit friends, and they served ham, and sweet
potatoes baked with cranberries, and a vegetable stew. This morning I
had stollen from a local bakery. I have a frozen Chicken Kiev to bake
(yes, another from the same package I got for Thanksgiving, but this
time I will be able to taste it... *G* ) I was planning to pick up some
vegetables, but the rain turned to slush turned to snow, and I just
don't feel like going out in it. I must have something in the house...

I have Really Cooked for holidays before, but these days I'm just too
tired at Christmas. Your dinner sounds lovely, though!
