[Sca-cooks] coffee storage

I tend to put it in a Mason jar, spin the lid down and stick it in the
freezer.  Whole bean keeps better than ground, but it should be okay for 6
months to a year.  The less permeable the container the better, which is why
I prefer the Mason jar to plastic.
