Cinnamon toast for breakfast? Do it up proper; take toasted, buttered bread, add cinnamon sugar, place in bowl, and add cream! Eat with a spoon. It's OK to add seconds to the crem, too. (Milk will do, but...)

Change that to regular granulated sugar and add some powdered cinnamon and
toast it, and that is what I know as "cinnamon toast". Usually a breakfast food.
