Greetings,

        I've just been reading something that Mary Piero Carey
in Ohio wrote, about three menus written on the back of an
envelope by Michelangelo.  Apparently, the menus are increasingly
elaborate, and are illustrated for the benefit of illiterate
servants, and represent rare documentation for food eaten by
people of moderate means in that time and place.

        Where should I go to find out more about these?
