We could do this like they do for classes held in private camps and
have someone at the Class sign-up tent near the Cooper's store to
lead the folks that need it down to the appropriate location. Those
that can find their way down on their own or who need to come earlier
could come down on their own.

Leaving isn't as much of a problem. You simply keep going uphill
until something looks familar. If you get to the top of the hill
and it still doesn't look familar, turn around and come back down
to the camp. In that case obviously you've been drinking too much
and should stay in our camp until you recover and can proceed home
safely. :-)
