Note that Stoker places his fictional Castle Dracula in Transylvania;
Vlad Tepes had several castles, none of which was called Castle
Dracula; the main residence was Bran Castle, I forget the other
biggie. On the other hand, Stoker also never actually identifies his
fictional Dracula with Vlad Tepes, other than naming him for one of
Vlad's nicknames.
