[Sca-cooks] Fun with cream cheese (pictures!)

Well, you know where the studio is and all you have to do is give me a
holler and we'll make a plan.  Tonight or tomorrow Hans is coming over to
make truffles and other stupid stuff.  I know that is short notice for you
but...well, something is usually afoot.  Actually, I am finding myself short
of "tricks" to play on folks.
