Thank you.  I'm Welsh not French so I knew I had it wrong.

I must say that the Frangelica truffles done in dark chocolate and rolled in
cocoa powder are the best thing I have had in some time.  It is now 4:30 pm,
I have been eating them all day, and now I am ill.
