Dessert is a cylinder of spice cake with apple mousse in the center with a
carmel tuille and Calvados Chantilly. Calvados Sabayon lightly sauces the
plate.

Finn, who is also making french bread and brioche and the puff pastry for all
this yumminess to boot! Thankfully I have help coming in!
