[Sca-cooks] rice with orange juice, was Lemonwhyt?

I have often used the asian rock sugar in cooking collegia; giving students a rock of sugar and a knife with which to scrape it gives them quite a different perspective on how much sugar may have been used in period recipes. (It doesn't take long before you are over the whole scraping experience)

If I could get it in the serious sized lumps that were around in period, I would be an even happier cook.
