I would suggest you look in Life in a Medieval City, and Life in a Medieval
Castle.. Don't remember the authors names, but theres a couple good chunks
of information there.. The first has it in the section about the merchants
selling meat, the second, about the kitchen preparing it.

Subject: [Sca-cooks] Question from a newbie

Hi everyone!

My name is Yrmegard and I'm from Tallinn, Estonia. We are establshing a
group here and just starting with our topics.

I have a concrete question. I need to speak for circa 10 minutes about meat
in Middle Ages at the event where people will bake meat and would seek for
an interesting information about meat in history. Could anybody help me
with finding the information?

Thanks.

Yrme
