[Sca-cooks] (rice with currants) now with redaction!

I'm actively trying to establish a reputation as a "user friendly" herald, and
can answer a Yes Or No question with Yes or No.  Usually Yes.

It helps if the querant phrases the question in a manner that can be answered
simply.  I'll often get these circuitous rhetorical situations, where the client
really wants to know "can I do this?"
