conference on Food Fashion and Culture
The Evolution of Recipes and Cooking in
 the 17th and 18th Centuries
February 21-23, 2002. The Keynote lecture is
"Dining by Design: The Evolution of Table Display."
by Peter Brown, director, Fairfax House,
York, England.
