Ah, oops ;-) Either you misunderstood me, or more

What I meant, was that from what Paul had told me
about the spicings used in the "Soup" dishes, they
might strongly resemble the same spicings used in
modern-but-real-Indian curry dishes- in fact, that was
the mental note I made when Paul emailed me a couple
of his translations of the recipes. Unfortunately, I
still don't have my hard drive here, so I don't have
access to his emails, and the ingredient combinations
which made me make that mental note.

If you look at some of the one pot meals, there should
be a few which use mutton/lamb as a principle
ingredient, and the one I'm thinking of would be among
those.

BTW, if you have Paul's addy, please send it to me,
since I'm trying to rebuild my address book, and it
may be a few weeks before I can get the info off the
old hard drive.
