I assume this is the Pynson edition of The Noble Boke of Cookry which he
published as The Boke of Cookery in 1500.  I'll say there are access
problems!  One known copy in the library of the Marquis of Bath at Longleat
House.  I know Brears references it in Food and Cooking in 16th Century
Britain and supposedly Brears is the only researcher to have had access.

I believe a facsimile of the Napier edition of The Noble Boke of Cookry is
available, but there are supposed to be differences between it and Pynchon.

What are the copyright problems?
