Puddings are things that are cooked by boiling in a bag and are made
first...that is not hunks of meat or veg.
desserts are eaten at the end of a meal.
therefore your dessert can be a pudding but not necessarily.
And your pudding could be a dessert but not necessarily.
Think black pudding, pease pudding and white pudding. All made from meat or
veg
Don't you just love the English language....designed to male things as hard
as possible.:).
